Subject: Aevero Customer Service
I was going to put this comment in my "Aevero Shipping" thread, but thought it deserved a thread of its own.  I ordered a paid of Tri shorts from Aevero almost two weeks ago and still haven't received anything, so I started a thread to see how long shipping normally takes.  The feedback I received indicated that there must have been an issue, since orders were normally received within a few days, so I called Aevero Customer Service and left a voice mail message.  A few hours later, I received a call from Brent.

Brent assured me that it was definitely out of the ordinary for an order to take this long to arrive, and asked if I had a race this weekend, which I do.  When I told him that I had a race on Sunday, he immediately offered to FedEx me a pair of shorts so that I would have them for the race, stating that he wanted to make sure I was taken care of.  This is my first experience with Aevero, but if their product quality is anywhere near their level of customer service, I will be a long time customer.

Thanks again, Brent!

I thought I would try their shorts when it was buy one get one, so with shipping the shorts were $17 each. I figured if I hated them it was no biggie.
Once I clicked submit I got an email with shipping confirmation about 2 hrs later and had my shorts in 2 days. Great service in my mind.

Oh and the best $17 shorts I have ever worn. The one pair took a few washes to soften a seam that was scratching me, but now I use the shorts all the time. Even at the normal $29 price these are well worth the money and like I said, the service was as good as it gets for me.

Good on you two for posting positive customer experiences ... too often all that is heard is negative feedback for when things go wrong.

What business need to figure out is what companies such as Aevero, Garmin, REI and a few others have already banked upon: customer service = repeated sales from committed customers.

I like their products and their service is terrific. I ordered a pair of shorts from them and the Priority mail package arrived torn open with a note from the Post Office saying "sorry sucker, this package was damaged in transit and your stuff is missing". I called Aevero just to give them the heads-up and they replaced the shorts for free! I offered to but a replacement and they wouldn't hear of it. I'm a customer for life.

I just received my Tri Shorts by FedEx, and they even sent a new running hat (free gift with purchase) as well!  The stuff looks/feels great.  Can't wait to test it out on Sunday!!

I ordered some tri shorts that had a way too short string.  They replaced them in a very timely fashion and threw in a hat just because.

Aevero is a nicely run small business.  I am looking forward to see what the trisuit looks like.
