Subject: Aevero Customer ServiceI was going to put this comment in my "Aevero Shipping" thread, but thought it deserved a thread of its own. I ordered a paid of Tri shorts from Aevero almost two weeks ago and still haven't received anything, so I started a thread to see how long shipping normally takes. The feedback I received indicated that there must have been an issue, since orders were normally received within a few days, so I called Aevero Customer Service and left a voice mail message. A few hours later, I received a call from Brent. Brent assured me that it was definitely out of the ordinary for an order to take this long to arrive, and asked if I had a race this weekend, which I do. When I told him that I had a race on Sunday, he immediately offered to FedEx me a pair of shorts so that I would have them for the race, stating that he wanted to make sure I was taken care of. This is my first experience with Aevero, but if their product quality is anywhere near their level of customer service, I will be a long time customer. Thanks again, Brent! |
