Subject: RE: Calf CrampsOver the winter and beginning of my season "2009" i have been hard as hell on the swimming and biking. And now, after doing two tri's i am training my running harder then ever. Yaaaa... i got calf cramps and shin pain on a long uphill session, it lasted throughout my next two runs.... but personally I'm thinking it is because of the "tempo" shoes i have been using. I just ran today im zoot TT 2.0's instead of the Tempo 2.0's ,..... and there is a difference, but i am definately looking into some Asics Gel Kayano for my non-race runs. Wait a couple more runs untill your leg below the knee strengthens a little.... but if it continues look into some proper shoes. Maybe somehting to do with the archs in your foot. |
