Subject: Swap components on bikes?
On a bike I'm selling, I have full Ultegra with about 3000 miles on them.

On a new bike I'm keeping, there's a mix of 105/Tiagra, Cannondale brakes, Shimano Flight Deck.

Should I swap out the mix and put my used Ultegra on the new bike?

Considering the Ultegra is working well, I would.

It's kind of your judgement. But if I "can" have a better groupo on my bike, I want it.

I would swap it.  Ultegra brakes are nice and tiagra is not really race worthy at your level.

Both the same number of speeds? Depends on how much you want to get out of the bike you are selling. I would rather keep the Ultegra myself.

But wait, WTH are you selling abike?????

Sure, probably. But considering I'm just in the States for a few weeks and am pretty much looking to sell it for whatever I can get, I'm not too worried. It's a 2005 Felt F55 with 3K, so I don't think I'm going to get beaucoup bucks for it.
