New avatar won't show up

Typically you need to press Ctrl+F5 to refresh the cached image, but I don't see it at all in your post.

Can you upload it to this thread so we can take a look at it?

I'm not having alot of luck with this! Can you see any image?

There's your problem. You need to upload the image to BT from your computer, you can't enter a url to an image on another website.

This is for two reasons:
 
1- If the other site is slow or otherwise experiencing problems it can cause a thread to load slowly for other people trying to view it.

2- Due to our heavy forum activity, avatars are viewed a LOT and it's not really fair for us to expect other sites to pay for bandwidth to serve up images that we display so much.

I did upload it from my computer when I did the avatar.

In reply to your post, however, I uploaded from a website. That's because when I clicked Insert/Edit Image here in the message area, it asked for a url. So I attempted to show you the image using a url (or is that an url?). Having no luck, I tried it as an attachment.

But when uploading the avatar, I clicked browse and uploaded from my computer.

Sorry this is getting complicated. If I need to switch avatars, I'll do that. I thought there might be something you could pinpoint.
