Subject: Garmin Edge 800 upload issue
Can't upload with a Garmin Edge 800. FR305, FR310XT are fine and I've done it for years. This is the first time I tried with an Edge 800. It sees the device so I click "Get Data" and the top of the screen, above the progress bar is

:0%

and stays there. Two different computers, both of which I've uploaded with other Garmins before.

WIN7 Home Premium 64 bit (both machines) Firefox 3.6.12 (one machine) and firefox 5.0 (the other machine)

I'll try with a Mac next and see.

The Edge 800 is not on our list of supported devices as it outputs data in the new FIT file format. 

An update to accommodate those devices is being actively worked on.

Interesting. It worked on a roller workout with no GPS but it fails on an outdoor one that has a GPS map attached.
