I went out for happy hour drinks last night. I didn't think I drank that much, but it hit me pretty hard.

Luckily, I have the luxury of working from home whenever I want, so I am enjoying the comforts of home right now.

I had a drink at home last night and for some reason, it hit me pretty hard. I have a headache and I am still tired. It sucks. I am also looking forward to skiing, although not really the snow. People in Viriginia can't drive in the snow. I only know this because I grew up in Wisconsin so I have a basis of comparison.

This is so true!  People in all of metro-DC can't even drive in the rain.  it really is sad... so sad.

I need one of Hal's training plans to get me up to where I can go out and drink at all. Last weekend I went out and probably had 3 or 4 beers, home and in bed by 11:00. I woke up feeling like CRAP the next day.

Tri - Shape? Check
Drinking - Shape? PATHETIC...

Actually, people in Richmond/DC can't drive in the snow/rain/fog/sunshine/lane/ (I lived in RVA for 7 years and 5 inches of snow will close downtown down)

Up here in the mountains it's a whole different ballgame (I have heard many folks from Minn. and Wisc complain about what a difference a snaky 10% grade hill makes in the snow)
