Warm down: cheered in a few -looked for those I knew- water-eventually bowl of awesome chowda What limited your ability to perform faster: speed work-lack of! Event comments: I like this race because it's local and is a challenging course. Minimal traffic at beginning & end- varied scenery- finish is a LONG straightaway that would seem endless but for the view -over river-today was absolutely beautiful shining blue....andhechowda is the BEST! Great description of race, can picture that L O N G ending w/ great scenery. Jsut have to enjoy the scenery and PUSH!! and you did. congrats and enjoy the endorphins! ps I see exertion level was a 3, which is great. Imagine what a 5 would be?? or maybe you are saving your '5' efforts for Feaster 5!! |
