It doesn't look like the race reports save the "Overall" performance rating selection (Good/Average/Below Average/Bad) for the bike leg of races.  I have noticed it in my races and it seems that at least many of the reports I read don't have their rating included either.

Does it save it in the edit page and just not displayed in the race report that is viewed?

No, when I go back to re-edit a race after saving it.  That line is blank again.

I just tested this and confirmed it. The value isn't getting saved in the db.

Just realized that the "Additional lap & HR data" for the bike also has this problem.
