Subject: 3.30.17 Thursday Workouts! Maaaaan....I am getting lazy on this spring break! I slept in until 9:30am! Not gonna lie, felt great! On tap today: 2 hours on the trainer followed by strength training. I was hoping to get out on the mountain bike for two hours instead but the weather has once again turned crappy--high winds, rain...booo. So indoors it is. Today will be the perfect day to work in my classroom and take care of everything I have been leaving to do over break. Steve...the 5 X 1 mile repeats were, ah, 'fun'. I actually do like them--I choose trails with climbing so my miles involve climbing--St. George's run course is extremely hilly so I get in as much climbing as I can.
