I can't see mine (or anyone elses) workout graphs anymore.  Is it because I'm running Vista?  (Just looking for another reason to be a MS Hatah.)

I see 'em.  Are you getting and 'X' ?

Try to verify and update your JAVA:

Download some JAVA (Windows, Mac, Linux, Solaris)

Let us know if this works.

The graphs run on a java applet.

Verify your JAVA and install any new versions:
http://www.java.com/en/download/installed.jsp

You may have to make sure Java is configured in your browser:

Clear all browser temporary internet files too.  If this doesn't solve it, make sure you have updated your browser.

This is one of, if not the most, common support requests we get. Ron and I were discussing a permanent fix to this earlier today.

Beautiful!  Thanks!

Now, if you can just change the "sports" color from burgundy to pink...

Perfect timing. I'm having the same issue on my new Vista machine.

I started having this problem a couple of days ago as well.    Am downlaoding a newer version of JAVA as we speak.  Is there any way to avoid this happening again?

We're going to be moving away from using Java for graphing in the coming months.

If you're tired of it, imagine how WE feel! Tongue out
