I'm still getting my feet under me literally and figuratively, so I'm hoping this challenge will give me a little push to keep going. <br> <br>Run 12x <br>Bike 140mi <br>Swim 8x <br> <br>Already got in a run and 4-5 miles on the bike today. The biking shouldn't be too much of a problem since I'm headed back to school shortly where my bike is my car and I'll finally have access to my beloved pool and favorite bike trail. Running is totally my weakest sport. I'm kind of working on the couch-to-5k plan after denying that I needed to start that slow for quite awhile. So far it's working: did three sets of run 6 min, walk 4 today and actually felt good instead of wanting to die. <br> <br> So I know I'm new at this, what about the rest 'a y'all? |
