Help me out medical people.

I am allergic to iodine. Yes, they love me in the hospital and the blood mobile.

They use a contrasting dye in my back for the injections. I'm thinking I feel so cruddy after the shots because of the contrasting dye. I know they can do the injection in the spine without it, I may have them try it when I go back in 2 weeks to see if I feel different.

What say you?

While we're waiting....I am thinking about what I want for dinner tonight.  I'm leaning towards pasta, which would be the healthy choice if I do it right.  If I'm lazy, I could always nuke some leftover pizza I have in the freezer.  That will be greasy but easy.  I need to go with the pasta.  Now to not let myself get lazy.
