Subject: Top Cop Challenge............

To Top Cop or not! I have decided to try my hand at the Top Cop Challenge this year! I will be competing in the tactical firearms shoot and the 20 mile road bike race. This will be a great opportunity to represent my agency and try to be a TOP COP! It is on September 25^th and should give me plenty of time to train for a quick time in the 20 mile race. I will have 4 or 5 tri’s done by then and should be in great shape! Wish me luck all! Boy, I am going to have to chill out on this goal setting stuff! Jack.

That sounds like a fun event. Is tactical shooting the one where targets pop up suddenly and you have to discriminate between threats and civillians or am I thinking of something else?
