While back posted this thread re: my cracked 2005 Litespeed frame

3 weeks and a couple days later, I took her out for her maiden voyage.  Full warranty replacement with brand new 2008 frame and seat post.  Still some tinkering to do but still rides like a dream.

Sweet It looks really cool with the HED3s.  And, I love that Litespeed replaced it with a new one.

I am guessing the LBS was able to fit your old fork onto the new frame without any issues.

Yeah, fork issue came up because LBS didn't send it.  The head tube is a full 3 cm shorter on this bike, so the LBS had to cut the fork down and put in a new headset.  I had the front end fit down pretty pat on the old bike, will need to work on this one a bit
