Anyone have finish line video feed from IMWI 08?  I was hoping to get a clip of it since I wasn't able to be by a computer (of course).

It will cost you $20 but here is a way to get it. I read somewhere that they used to post the finish line videos in the past but I suspect that they no longer do that for free.

Steve - next year we are setting up two cameras and charging $15.95.  If we get 500 people, thats $8000.  We do all the IM events, and we can quit our jobs

I bought mine. It's a 60 sec clip of general footage + you coming down the chute with your name and time. Mine is on youtube under user runner75 - its blocked at work otherwise i would post it.

20 bucks is a drop in the bucket after all the money spent on IM related gear/training

I bought mine after finishing last year.  I think it's a great treasure, but that's just me.

Half of the vid clip is random day-of-race samplings, then your finish.

ha ha ha!  yeah, that's a good idea.    SSshhhh.  keep it a secret.

 

anyway, i gave in and bought IMWI 08 because I don't want to forget that magical day.
