Subject: RE: Wooo hoooLast night I was feeling great after an easy 3.4 miles - on my 3rd 1.7 mile loop and decided to push it a bit, and hit a sub-7:30 pace for the first time on that loop - had a PR split by 0:29 seconds. And I was only pushing it maybe 85% overall. Good to see the gains are still coming, as I was starting to feel like I had hit my first plateau. It's kind of hard to tell if you don't bust out a tempo run every now and then to check your progress. Great feeling.... (For reference: 2 months ago I couldn't run a mile without walking). Chris |
