Bagel & PB with water as soon as I wake up (at least 2 hours before racetime) Big coffee & 1/2 bottle of gatorade in car. Other 1/2 of a gatorade while yapping pre-race. I hit two gus during the first half of the bike. I only drink water for on the bike. Usually one or two waters during run. Eat as much free food and booze as they will give me after the race. |
