I would like to get a tune-up in before the Nation's Tri in September...  Anyone know of any local races around then?

Check out the CannonMan in southern PA on Aug 23. I am going to sign up for it eventually. It is a sprint but has a lake swim and might be a nice warm up. Should only be 2 hrs or so from DC area.
(there is also a half iron race for the more experienced triathletes out there)
