Subject: re:how many people need to run with kids?I push the same kids as DavidTri's :- ) I think of it as my secret weapon. Other people who only have to move their own body weight forward are at a disadvantage, because I build leg strength, and then I am much faster when I don't have that stroller. (i.e. in a race ) Also, it's convenient to have a water bottle on there. I try to push them in an area where there is a gradual incline and decline on the streets. Going uphill is very challenging, and then I get a break when I go back the other way and I am really just chasing down the jogger. It did take a little getting used to as far as form. I still struggle to alternate arms equally so my running form doesn't get lopsided. |
