Subject: 1 mile race at Oakland Mills HS on Wed (22nd)
I thought some people might like to know that there is a 1 mile race on the track at Oakland Mills High School this Wednesday the 22nd at 6:00pm.  Cost is $1.  Below are links to the info page and the location on google maps.  You'll see me out there with my old track spikes! .... just look for the guy who looks like a 'has-been'

Oh come on.  This is a distance everyone can do.  It's just for fun.
I will be happy if I get under 5:30.  Don't let that scare anyone from coming.
There will be people all the way from 4:20 to 14:20.
I personally gaurantee you you will have fun.

Great!  
And of course, I just think you'll have to do it off the track so as to not mess up the timing.  There is a good 2 mile course that goes around the neighborhood and is marked in orange paint that I can show you.

I might not be able to make it James soemthing came up at work and I might be down in DC for a good portion of the day in DC.  making it next to impossible to get back in time.  I'll keep ya posted.
