I have noticed this only within the last few weeks..But when I load my workouts BT logs my total time arrording to the clock. Not according to my workout time. Its like it does not recognize my stoped time.
for example today, I did 1 hr 30 min trainer ride. When I tried to upload it to the site, it showed 1:31:15 or something reasonably close to that. when I looked at my workout time on my garmin it showed 1:30:01.
thanks in advance.

I think you're having the same problem some others are having that's due to a change Garmin made to the information that gets uploaded.  I think marmadaddy is working on it.  Here's another thread on the subject:  http://www.beginnertriathlete.com/discussion/forums/thread-view.asp?tid=241139&posts=4&start=1

I think anyway.  If not, carry on.

It looks like the latest update to the ANT Agent is the culprit.

We determine the workout time by adding up the Lap Times in the tcx file. The latest ANT Agent update started including pauses in Lap times which it previously hadn't.

I'm going for a run right now. I'll use my 405 with Auto Pause set to On and stop in a few places to get some good data to work with then see what needs to be done.

Garmin has acknowledge this as a bug introduced by ANT Agent version 2.2.13 and has promised a fix is forthcoming. No date has been specified.  They have a pretty solid programming team for this stuff so I don't imagine it will take very long.

I just noticed this too.

I suspected it might be an ANT update, as it's also happening on my uploads to another training log site, and roughly correlates with the last ANT agent update.

Not an issue most of the time as I generally don't stop/pause in the middle of workout, but annoying for the few workouts where I did pause.

so does this issue also affect HR levels?
My run today shows I ran 22 minutes in level 5, but yet when i look at where my setting are I only touched Level 5 once for a few seconds?

Edit: I looked at my Lap data, and it looks fine. Its really only when it shows the graphs of time spent in zone, etc.
