Huntsville, Bracebridge and Haliburton.  These three towns form a triangle around my cottage, and are the sites for my three sprint triathlons this year.
Training in the city during the week - but at the lake on the weekends.
For anyone with similar goals - great riding and running trails listed here:

If anyone knows of an appropriate cycling group in the Haliburton - please share.  My fellow riders are dispersing for a variety of reasons this year.

Off to spinners class.  Nothing like a good sweat!  Using the Heart Rate Monitor today - to track and download the data.  Data doesn't lie.

Great class - alhtough I wish I could put the playlist together.

Figured out that the time you spend in the saddle is most beneficial when you are out of the saddle.

I cycle every weekend in Haliburton - and that's the one thing I notice when I cycle in the city.  You are never on a flat in cottage country - you are always either climbing or descending.  Makes city riding booooooring.
