Oh my gosh- that's awesome you captured that special moment on camera!  She's more of a champ than me.  I had to use my fork because it was falling apart before the first bite!  Tell your wife congrats- she's in the Chiptole club!  And she's cool becasue she's done a tri!

Brett:

You have to talk to your wife about how to properly remove the foil as to avoid a burrito collapse.  You PEEL the foil, not fold and crinkle.
