breakfast: toast w/peanut butter, optimum cereal w/soy milk

Good thru mile 21, legs(calfs) started cramping at mile 22 and mile 24
What would you do differently?:

maybe look into taking salt tablets? other nutrition?

cramping, if I tried to go faster the legs would cramp up

Need more cheering sections and DJs during mile 22-25
