Subject: RE: Body weight scalesI have the Garmin scale. It measures bmi, water, muscle, bones weight etc. It's nice, but from all the research I did most of them are novelties. While they give you a number most are inaccurate at best. That said it still does track progress. So, while the lean muscle may be off by say 10 lbs (not saying it is off that far just picking a random number ) it's always off by that much. When losing or gaining weight, I can watch that number move to see where I'm losing or gaining from. Hope that helps. |
