It's my mother's birthday too and I didn't get her a bike either.  She's 84.  She rides her exercise bike everyday.  In fact, she needs a new exercise bike cause she's worn the old one out.  I want to be like her.  Janicewhokeepsmehumble says, "You're both short, skinny, and gray headed.   You both remember everything anybody ever said or did and know the dictionary by heart.  You both ride an exercise bike.  ...shudders....  I'm sleeping with my mother-in-law."   Maybe, I've succeeded.

Sorry, I'm all out of new bike cash.  Bought this yesterday for my daughter's 4th b-day on Valentine's Day except hers is much better looking.  It's blue with pink accents and has a baby carrier on the back for her babies.  It does have the water bottle and (I'm assuming) gel holder on the front so she can ride with daddy. 

Now I have to try to convince her she can't get aerobars for it.
