I'm a total newbie to triathlons. My goal is to start with a sprint triathlon and eventually work up to an "Oly". I figure that in 1- 2 years I'll be ready for a half triathlon.
In about one month of training, I've dropped one size in my waist. I really can't see the change, but several people have asked me if I've lost weight. Guess that means I'm doing something right
Right now, I'm finding cycling the hardest part of training. Does anyone know of any web sites or other resources for improving in cycling? Thanks to all. |
