- i get a long weekend this weekend

- I started swimming again and being in the water feels great

- My family is happy healthy and doing well

- Veterans Day parade tomorrow, and my daughter gets to meet the guide dog puppies.

- It's BEAUTIFUL out. Sunny... This is the third day I've ridden my bike to work this week, in spite of cold temps.

- Did my first day at a new part-time gig last Saturday -- Inspired Ride Bicycles. Applying my mechanics skills as well as minding the shop.

Oh that reminds me - the weather looks fantastic for this weekend and my day off - i hope to be able to get on my bike!!! Awesome for November.
