Subject: RE: Jorge's Cycling Plan day #99It should be what I can hold for an hour, however going above that for 40 minutes even with the rest break sounds hard because the test was done on fresh legs. Most of the time they're pretty thrashed by the time the evening comes around (I stack my hard days and running happens in the morning). And I know training isn't easy but I guess a way I can redirect the question would be: is there a big muscle stimulation difference between 95, 100 and 105%? I'll try to take a dose of HTFU when I hop on the the trainer in a few minutes, but the effort level that separates that 10% range is enormous -.- |
