Howdy!! Long-time BT member coming back to running after a long time away. Just thought I'd pop in and see how the place has been doing lately! It feels so good to be out running again, and feels good to be back on BT!

Welcome back!  I'm doing the same thing. It has been a while, feels like its time to set another goal so I thought I'd check out the BT community once more.  Sad to see that there's not as much going on as in earlier years.  Hopefully that will turn around.

It is different..with slow twitch then strava etc etc...

but the community was built 1 person at a time..and created a group of like minded humans sharing thoughts & experiences ..Id like to think such a community can rise again from the ashes here!

Doing the exact same thing..... It's been a while and I would like a return to fitness...…  Not just fit-niss donut in my mouth.  :-)
