Ahh Strongbow, another choice beverage for the off-season. I would have to say that I have been indulging in the bailey's and coffee quite a bit lately...

I did a 4 mile guinness pub run about a month ago....a pint a 1.5 mile a pint at 3.5 mile and a pint before your cross the finish line.........guinness didn't seem to taste so good that day.....oh yeah a free guinness after you cross........I just couldn't drink any more

This is a friend and local triathlete......I think he wore more guinness than he drank!
