Okay Will- IaM, I am in. I have pretty deplorable stats:

run: 138 mi

But I can change that. Laughing

I'm in, but I think I need to do more than double since first half of the year on bike and swim has basically no numbers.

Bike 1 hr 55 min - Goal will be 80 hours

Run 143.36 miles - Goal will be 287 miles for the year

Swim 0 right now - Goal will be 40 hours

Little bit left in July, but I have no numbers to add to my run (pulled a calf muscle on July first and just now thinking I may  be able to start running) and have 150 road miles in July so far, about 40% of what I had hoped to do.

The next six weeks may turn that around, need some miles in to prepare for a personal challenge - ride my bike to men's retreat and hopefully raise money to "sponsor" some men who couldn't afford to go.

The ride looks like it will be about 85-90 miles and over 6000 ft of climbing  - starting at 5475 and ending over 9200 ft.  would be nice to drop 15 to 20 lbs prep'ing for it too.

Bike - June 30 - 4141 - December 31st - 8283

Run - June 30 - 383 - December 31st - 767

After July

Bike - 4933

Run - 441

Good progree so far - bike will be very interesting to see how that plays out come the end of the summer and nice weather.  Will I still "want" to commute

Come on, you know you will - you need to bump up your "Car Free Days"

Trust me Scott that is my only hope and then what??? 10k next year - SMH LOL

You would think I would just enter a race and put all this biking to use!!!

Well?

(though I think biking rather than using a car is a great "use" all by itslef),

Had my first  60 mile run month since last Nov and a 300 mile bike month so the second half of the year I have 62 miles running and 500 on the road.  On track for the bike and if I keep repeating would beat the run too.
