Subject: RE: 1 or 2 days...I rarely take a day off. I generally plan a lighter day on Mondays, with just swimming and no run or bike. That's as close as I get to a (planned) day off. Sometimes travel forces a day off though. Just my 2c: if you NEED two days off to recover from a workout, then you probably trained too hard.
