That extra 15%, going from mostly following a plan to full on, no cheating, I am committed to my goals and will not sell myself short, is where it's at. And hard exercise just motivated me to stick even more to my nutrition plan. Biking, running, push-ups, and everything else I was doing was hard enough that I did not want to have to lug anymore than I had to. Think about every 10 lbs, you lose you just ditched approx. the weight of a gallon of milk. I'm a big believer in writing out goals. Write them in the present tense and put the time parameter in there. Tie some emotions to it. Try to dig deep into why you want to lose the bodyfat and how you will feel when you do. It will help you wake up for that morning workout or skip that bagel, whatever it is for you. You can so do this. |
