I have been successfully uploading data from my Garmin Forerunner 305 into my BT training blog for many months. Unfortunately, today it didn't work and I received the message below.

Yesterday I uploaded my bike workout with no problem; however, today my run won't upload again. Please help.

I need the file to see what's going on.

To export a workout tcx file from Garmin Training Center:

  • Sync your 301 to Training Center using the Receive from Device button.
  • Find the workout in the panel on the left that has folders name Running, Biking, Other and Multisport. The workout will be identified by date and time in those folders.
  • Right click on that workout and select "Export..."
  • Save the file to your hard drive and email it to [email protected]

Mike,

Any luck with this issue? I have been trying a lot of different things on my end with no luck. I tried to upload today's run with no luck

I don't know if this can help you, but the one time I had that problem I was using Chrome as my broswer and I was unable to upload my workout.

I switch to IE 7 and it fixed it for that particular day. I then went back to Chrome and didn't get any problem since that day.
