Weird night of dreams last night...had one where I called some random person in Surrey...I put her into a trance somehow while talking to her on my cell phone while parked on the side of a highway....not sure where, putting this random person into a trance summoned some sort of Demon, then Kari and I were dragged off the highway into some other dimension, no idea what happened there, may have been probed or something like that. Afterward, I tried to swim and couldn't. We are heading to the pool right now, I hope I really didn't teleport to another dimension where a demon stole my ability to swim...no kidding, I am a bit apprehensive about going. Kari thinks I'm nuts. I also had 5 other dreams that were way whacko! Christmas trees, soilders in camo-hospital gowns waiting for pee tests, light switch activated phone calls from Australia, ugly British children being herded by a shepard through a field....all I had to eat last night was a salad...laced with enough LSD to bring down a rhinosourous it would seem.

At 6:00 am on a Saturday? You are a nut case!

I didn't get up until 9:45 this morning. Raucus drinking and carousing last night. Hubby and I decided it would be fun to play around with Garageband and record some music but it quickly went downhill. Did a DP on my my blog at midnight with the evidence.

For a limited time only - "What Shall we Do with a Drunken Podcast" will be available for your listening pleasure at the bottom of yesterday's blog post. (I have to take it down soon, before my mom sees it. You may need to have a couple of drinks before you listen in order to appreciate the true quality of the singing voices. Personally, I'm afraid to listen to it this morning - probably not as amusing today as it was last night.

HAZ did you have chili dogs for dinner again?

2.5 hour bike ride in SUNNY WARM California for me today!  rented a road bike from a local shop and went out with the parents and their touring buddies.  An easy cruise along the American River  (nice bike route and running route has been built by the county of Sacramento) then I made them do some LT intervals on the way back... yes I'm that mean... but I had to get my HR out of the rest zone!

And I was amazed at all the triathletes in aero flying at 30kph plus on a narrow winding bike path filled with runners and kids on their bikes.  They're nutts! So many crashes just waiting to happen.

6km run, 47 min including warm up and cool down. Slow and easy = no pain.

45 min trainer ride after dinner today...was actually going to take the day off - but we went out for Mexican tonight and felt the need to at least burn off the refried beans!
