Subject: Dec. Challenge 3-12-08

Exam morning!

ARghhhhh Environmental Geography exam at 8:30am.  REALLY dont want to write it, but I dont really have a choice!

Today's plan is a water run, around 30 mins. (right after my exam), and an hourish on the trainer later this afternoon!

Man, you got too much time to train while you're going to school! Good luck in the exam!

 Haha It's just during exam period.  During the year I need to force time in every now and then.  I'm done exams this Friday, so I'll be staying in Van till the 14th and just training the whole time!

Killed the exam btw

 EDIT: Arghhh I tried to quote ONLY what Jon said, but apparently quoted everything.  Tried to fix it and now it doesnt work!

Snuck in a 38:37 run this morning on the Mundy Park Perimeter Trail and will walk for about an hour tonight. Nutrition has been sound.  I'm limiting myself to one spoonful of Nutella per day.

20 minutes on random hill setting on the ellyptical machine.  did weights for the legs and some core.

Then I tried a swimming experiment.  I can now move my arm through a proper swim stroke on land so I figured I would try it in the water.  It was possible but at the catch on everystroke it hurt at the break site and felt really wrong...and didn't get any better after a minute or two so after 300m it was back to land with me.  but it felt great to be in the water again :-D and even being broken and barely kicking, I was flying past people in the slow lanes.

I did Week 4, Day 2 of my pushups 14+16+12+12+18=72 and 5X20 crunches plus 20 minutes of yoga.

I still feel crappy from my cold, have had a headache for 2 days, and I got braces on this morning so my teeth and lips hurt. The good news is I may lose a couple pounds.

Well if it makes you feel any better, it was really, really hard today.  I started to lose my form but I think it's just because I feel so lousy.
