104 miles on the bike in Winnipeg today. Thought we were going to get rain, but ended up being dry. Very strong headwind for the last 35-40 miles.

Wanted a 17 mile loop ride today. However, a neighbor saw me in the front yard and asked me to help move a couch. Little did I know there was a Penskie truck in their driveway; so a few other guys and I helped unload it. Cut the bike portion to 8 miles then fam and I did another 3 miles (easy) later.

8 mile run, heat sapped me like no tomorow.. was way off pace, but got it done.

A lot was on tap for me today. Had some Old style (on tap), Oberon (on tap), Newcastle (on tap) some jack (not on tap) and now more Old style (in the can). What a great Sunday

Did a 30mile bike, the humidity is terrible! Now enjoying a Landshark before I hit the hay.
