Subject: VA Double/Triple Iron in Oct

Any Vajinyun's planning on spectating or volunteering at the Double or Triple Iron in Spottsylvania in October this year? I know the Race Director is looking for volunteers, if you are so inclined.

I'll be there.  I'll be helping Tony (Aluminium1).  A fun part of this race is that volunteers can pace the participants.  They can't draft but you can ride or run along side.  As Tony likes company there will be plenty of opportunity to run/ride.  It's a run weekend and interesting to see what people look like after racing for 48 hours.

I couldn't find anything on the site about volunteering, any idea what kind of shifts they need? I was hoping to come out to at least watch for a bit.
