While I understand that if I had went to tri3sports in Port Moody a few more times, and worked hard to thaw pete, I might have had an enjoyable experience, instead I went to Bellingham, found enthusiastic and friendly people, apparel at 50% off, since the 2010 stuff is coming in soon, and offers of support. Was given an e-mail address in case I had any questions, since I am new to the sport.

Frankly, it felt ridicules, since I live three minutes from Tri3sports, but I was in Bellingham anyway, and the experience was MUCH better then what I received in Port Moody.

So I guess the five of us will manage to find apparel, equipment and support, even if we have to travel a bit. TriGeeks were also a pleasant experience. Knowledgeable, friendly, supportive & enthusiastic. Sorta what you expect when going to a shop, wanting to spend money to get what you need.

Now all I have to do is improve the damn swimming....

Good to hear you got what you needed. Sucks that you had to go States side to get it.

Happens. Perhaps it's me. Lord know that there are people who have only great things to say about Tri3Sports.

Just came back from swimming with my new swimming mask. Was great, everything clear, and when I finished, I noticed that I had forgotten to take off the protective film they come with.

A bit embarrassing, but in my defense, I was still asleep at this silly hour....

But the swimming is improving a bit.

Bellingham has great riding too. We camped at Larabee State Park and rode around Bellingham & Fairhaven and it was some of the most enjoyable riding I've ever done.

Drove down to Bellingham today and found the doors locked at 10:45am. Posted hours are 10am-6pm Tues. to Sat. Guy in the motorcycle shop next door says she quite often doesn't show up til after 1pm. Why have store hours posted on your web site if you have no intention of following them? One more reason to shop online.

That sucks. Some things can be bought online, but sometimers you need to try it on. I guess it is best to call and verify first that someone will be in...
