Hello out there!! I'm a canadian woman living in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico and will be turning 40 in June!! This turning 40 thing has kicked me into wanting to do a Tri that will be held in July. I started training at the gym 2 months ago with a personal trainer and I'm feeling like I'm not getting the proper training for a Tri. If anyone can help me out with a day to day work out and eating program I would GREATLY appreciate it.
