My long bike is somewhere between 50-70ish, always hopefully with lots of hills :- ) I ride with a group of people and it's the only opportunity to do so - that's why I want to keep it in. There are ways I can shorten it if it gets to be too much, though. Ok. I will keep that run after the long run in place - I guess I can run long on Saturday and then bike on Sunday and run nice and slow later in the day on Sunday. I'm used to doing double workouts - not so much double - runs. Thanks for your help :- ) |
