Hey Leah,

Great job with the tri. You looked superstrong coming in on the bike and you bike time reflected how you looked. You also looked so strong coming through the finish. Did your mom get a pic of that?

It was a perfect day for a race and looked like so much fun. I can't believe that you were up so early. Anyway congrats on an excellent finish. Are you going to the fireworks tomorrow?

That body marker (the one with the curly hair?) WAS cute!

Congrats on a good race. It was my first, and while I too was a little bemused by the Instead cups (?!) in the race package, I really enjoyed the women-only race environment. People were so kind, taking the time to encourage the people still on their bikes while they themselves were already kicking ass on the run. I'm definitely doing this one next year!

No it was fun. There were obstacles to navigate through on the way back to the beach. And this is the quiet beach.

Yeah, I think it's warm enough for no wetsuit. But for wimps getting in the lake, like me, I need that wetsuit.

I swam in that lake twice last week, no wetsuit. Was refreshing!
