Most unfortunate news. They're enforcing the internet policy at work. I have to stay off BT. Except maybe once in a while, when at the library, like today.Every day, I'll continue to put to use the really great tips I've picked up on here. I wish I could thank you all by name, but I'd miss someone and that wouldn't be right. So all you who helped me learn to swim, and learn to ride lots, and how to run farther and easier than I've ever run before, and made me laugh when I was down, and helped with my nutrition, and for the healthy attitude... THANKS!!!I will have to mention one name - Ron. Thanks for putting together the greatest community of friendly, intelligent, helpful people on the whole internet. What a great site!Carry on.
