Swimmer was an Olympian (sorry, don't remember the name), cyclist was Tyler Hamilton (apparently deep in the doping days), and the runner a Kenyan marathoner. Tyler missed the dismount, incurring a penalty that they forced the runner to stop running for the penalty period, he took off, way too fast, and crashed and burned
