If you merge newsmax with the Huffington Post, you can get middle of the road news. One or the other and you'll spend the whole day running into doors because you lean one way or the other so much. |

So far I've only got them going to a handful of sites: http://www.ankylosaur.com/newspaperoutput.html That's just over 10,000 news sites I'm a bit of a news junkie, if that's not obvious. Yeah, they're definitely out there to the far right. I'd say World Net Daily is probably the furthest out there form a psuedo mainstream standpoint, but newsmax isn't that far behind. Personally, I hit drudge, foxnews, free republic, and democratic underground two or three times a day to see what's going on. free republic, and Dem Underground aggregate news from the far corners of their respective political wing so I feel it gives a good balance. |

Master 1795 Boynton Beach, FL | Subject: RE: What do you guys think of "Newsmax" Funny, they are headquartered in my area (West Palm Beach, FL) and the principle, Chris Ruddy, is very active locally with charities. Agree they lean hard right, but it is a "for profit" company and there is an audience for sure so it works. Wouldnt count on them for daily news feed, but I enjoy reading some of their opinion pieces.
