Check out "Peak Performance" on OLN. It's a documentary on a Navy Seal class. Amazing that anyone graduates to become a Navy Seal!

OOPS! it's Fit TV not OLN and they're on to other programming. Anyway, if they rerun the Seals training program it's worth checking out.

I uses Stewart Smith's SEAL Workout program to get ready for Special Forces tryouts. They are demanding and difficult. Lots of brick workouts like Run 3miles-swim 1 mile- Run 3 miles. Also if you want a great swim/strength workout try this...
Swim 100 yds- jump out do 30 push-ups, 30 leglifts or flutter kicks, jump back in swim 100yds, repeat. Do 10 sets for 1000yds. Oh the burn...

TJ,

I tried that 100 swim, 30 leg lifts. OMIGOD. The burn.....But it felt really good as it broke up my boring swimming workout and I actually felt faster when I got back inot the water.
