Comments: Good run - I felt good through the whole race - some of the hills were a little tiring, but I managed to get thru it without stopping and that was my main goal. What would you do differently?: Nothing....I think I did great for my 1st race Post race
Warm down: Stretched out and got some Starbucks!! of course I went to the RFYL store and poked around a lil bit before I went to get some coffee What limited your ability to perform faster: Lack of time training - this was my first race and I have been training for only 2 weeks and come from a non running background, well, accept for when I was in the ARMY.
