I'm still nowhere close to my ultimate goal, so that's why it's before and now instead of before and after. LOL Here's mine:  What a difference a better haircut and contacts makes! Oh yeah, and losing 80 pounds!  |

Wretham Duathlon a couple weeks ago; me close to my heaviest; and a picture from a cruise we went on back in early April. I'm down 94 pounds want to get to 100...I'm at 19% body fat at 46 pretty good and not really that much fat I should lose.

Big change...great work! Here in MA normally they don't take new photos but use your old one. I said no way I want a new one as I look better now 4 years later..they all agreed! |
