Comments:

This was my fastest 10k to date. I was running with a speedy guy (but he hadn't run in awhile) and so we both kept each other on a quicker pace than I think we would have held alone. I dropped him on the last half and made 4 mins.

I am using this race as the pace/time to beat on all races next year.
